A local man is behind bars for allegedly shooting and killing his brother.

Police arrested 51-year-old Clarence Norris of Covington County Tuesday night.

Officials say they found Norris' 50-year-old brother, Cleve, dead on the floor at a home.

Clarence Norris is now charged with murder and is being held in the Covington County Jail on $500,000 bond.
