The woman convicted of kidnapping baby Shannon Dedrick in 2009 will serve out the remainder of her sentence.
52-year-old Susan Baker was sentenced to 25-years in prison with credit for the 375 days she spent in jail awaiting trial.
She was convicted to taking baby Shannon and concealing her inside of a box for some 36 hours.
Baker was also sentenced to five years for custodial interference and one year for giving false information to law enforcement.
She appealed her conviction and sentence, but both were affirmed by the First District Court of Appeal on Tuesday.
