The Panama City Police Department is investigating a burglary of a vehicle and the use of the victim’s credit/debit card that was stolen during the burglary along with other items. The burglary took place on December 12, 2012, at approximately 4:00 a.m., near 7th Street and McKenzie Avenue. The victim’s credit/debit card was used at the Hop N Pop store located at 5th Street and Williams Avenue approximately 6:30 A.M. The male shown in the store’s video still picture that used the card is described as a black male, close crew cut hair, no facial hair, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. The time date stamp shown in the picture is one hour off the correct time. A file copy of the picture is included as an attachment along with this release.
