(Dothan, Al) - Circuit court judge Kevin Moulton has denied reducing bond for the Dothan teenager charged with trying to kill 4-police officers.

District attorney Doug Valeska says 18-year-old Aaron Dodson is a "flight risk" and his unwillingness to comply with police officers proves it.

"He's a danger; he's a risk for flight, because in this case what did he do? "He tried to get away. Not once, not twice, but three times and all he had to do was stop," Valeska said.

Dodson’s Lawyer, Terry Bullard, says the two million- dollar bond is too high and his client never meant to harm anyone.

Killing a police officer is a big deal. He doesn't need to be out on bond. He may make good on his attempts.
