An Alabama city has made another dangerous cities list.

Birmingham is number 10 on the list from the report by "Cities Journal".

Cities Journal is a nationwide real estate group.

Birmingham has an average 1,500 reported crimes per 100,000 residents. Rape crimes account for nearly half of all crimes reported in 2013.

However, the city's crime rate is actually dropping.

Atlanta was ranked number 14 on the list. Camden, New Jersey, claimed the top spot.
