Bay Co. Sheriff Seeks Suspect in Debit Card Fraud

The Bay County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating the fraudulent use of a person's debit card. After stealing the victim's debit card on or before Tuesday, May 1, 2012, a white female began using the card to conduct $1,903.17 worth of transactions at several different businesses within Bay County. The suspect conducted 20 separate transactions and was accompanied by another unidentified white female during some of these transactions. Most of the transactions were recorded by the surveillance video systems within the respective stores and the video attached to this email has been compiled using the surveillance footage. The white female suspect appears to be in her early 40's, medium height and build with shoulder-length brown hair. The suspect is accompanied by another unidentified white female who appears to be in her 20's, medium height, thin build, with shoulder-length brown hair and she appears to be pregnant.
