Atlanta Cold Case Solved

ATLANTA (AP) -- Atlanta police say they've made an arrest in the 2010 shooting death of a man at a record company.

Police said in a statement that Brandon Philpot has been charged with murder after he was picked up by the department's fugitive units. Fulton County Jail records show that Philpot was in custody Tuesday afternoon. The records do not indicate whether he has an attorney.

Authorities say four employees of From the Ground Up Records were shot on Sept. 28, 2010, during an apparently robbery at the business. Police say Aaron Holloway died during surgery after the shooting.
