Prosecutors allege Wilson planned to travel from Morocco to another African country and support fellow Muslims in waging terrorist activity.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) -- An accused terrorist has announced he'll plead guilty to federal charges.

Dom Soto, a lawyer for Randy Wilson, says his client will plead guilty to conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists. The man's trial is scheduled to begin April 19 and AL.com reports (http://bit.ly/Ymt9qq ) Soto announced the plan during a pretrial conference this week.

Federal agents arrested Wilson in December as he was boarding a plane with his young family headed to Morocco. Prosecutors allege Wilson planned to travel from Morocco to another African country and support fellow Muslims in waging terrorist activity.

The same day, agents arrested 25-year-old Mohammad Abdul Rahman Abukhdair, Wilson's former business partner.

Charges against Abukhdair are still pending and his trial is set for August.
