Forty suspects were arrested in "Operation Red Cheeks."
Undercover agents went into chat rooms on the internet posing as juveniles. After the conversation moved forward, the suspects traveled to an undercover house in Osceola County for a meeting.
With cuffs in hand, deputies are ready for a bust. One week's time and now 40 men behind bars.
"It's a significant number," said Twis Lizasuain, Osceola Sheriff's Deputy. "They ranged in occupation, [and] some didn't have jobs. We arrested a senior professional golfer. We arrested individuals that worked with children."
That senior PGA golf pro was Steve Thomas. 32-year-old Alexander Roy is an eighth grade teacher in Port St. Lucie. Also among the arrests, Bryan Woodward, a head swim coach from the Gator Swim Club and U.S.A. Swimming.
Reporter: "Does it amaze your that despite all the attention internet sex crimes are getting that it's still very easy to arrests these guys?"
