Monday night at approximately 7:00PM, Officers with the Enterprise Police Department responded to an armed robbery call at Creative Hair Masters located at 2950 Rucker Boulevard. The owner of the shop stated that two black males had entered the business and requested a haircut. One of the subjects produced a semi-automatic handgun and demanded money and jewelry from the owner. The owner of the shop was able to retrieve his own firearm while the suspect was temporarily distracted and fired at least one round at the assailant. The suspect was struck by a bullet in his left thigh and then he and the other subject fled the shop.
Officers have identified the suspect that produced the firearm as Caleb Allen Pogue, 22, of 800 Oppert Road in Dothan, Alabama. He is described as a black male, 6’ 0” tall and weighing approximately 230 lbs.
The second suspect is described as a black male with “dreadlock” type hair in his early twenties, 6’ 0” to 6’ 1” tall, and weighing approximately 190 to 200 lbs.
