The Bay County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men working at a home renovation site at 315 New York Avenue in Lynn Haven on September 13, 2011.

Complaints about possible illegal aliens working at the site prompted a visit by The Bay County Sheriff’s Office 287g Officers at about 3:00 p.m. Two individuals were found to be working using stolen social security numbers. Arrested was: Pedro Martinez-Martinez, DOB 10/15/1970, and Jose Garcia-Bernal, DOB 1/25/1962. Both were charged with Criminal Use of Personal Identification and have holds for ICE placed on them.

Four other individuals were temporarily detained and then released after an interview. All of the men, including the two placed under arrest, were working for Martinez Framing, a Bay County business.
