Houston County District Attorney Doug Valeska wants the probation of a former Mobile County Commissioner revoked.

Valeska says Stephen Nodine owes the county more than $10,000 for a court appointed attorney and copying expenses.

Nodine was supposed to be re-tried on a murder charge in Houston County. However, before the trail began, Nodine cut a deal pleading guilty to harassment stalking and perjury.

He was sentenced to 10-years in prison with all but two-years being suspended. Nodine was also ordered to pay nearly $9,500 in fines and court costs which he has been making payments on through a work-release job.

Valeska has not commented on the situation.
