ATLANTA -- Officials say a man plans to plead guilty in the 2007 stabbing deaths of two Georgia teenagers.

Fulton County District Attorney's spokeswoman Yvette Jones says 35-year-old Jeremy Moody Wednesday announced his intention to plead guilty in the deaths of 15-year-old Del Mattox and his 13-year-old cousin Chrisondra Kimble.

An 11-count indictment charged Moody with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping and rape.

Jones says Moody confronted the teens on their way back from a neighborhood store. Authorities have said Jones raped the girl and stabbed both victims dozens of times in their heads, torsos and chests with a screwdriver. Authorities found the victims in a wooded area behind an elementary school in College Park.

Jones says Moody confessed the next day and was arrested at a Greyhound bus station.
