Local Members of Cadet Program Helped Emergency Crews During Plane Tragedy

The cadet program is for youth ages 12 through 21 years old who are able to provide assistance to first responders during emergencies.

English Learners Program within Ozark City Schools Provides Students Help with Studies

Posted: 09/25/2014 - The English Learners Program within the Ozark City Schools District is providing help to an increasing number of students who do not speak English as their primary language, or it is not spoken in their households. ESL Teacher Melissa Geisler provides assistance with the language barrier of nearly 20 students within the five different schools. She spends various amounts of time with them, depending on their skill levels.
