A judge has granted a continuance in Harvey Updyke, Jr.'s case.
He's the man accused of poisoning iconic oak trees at Toomer's Corner in Auburn.
The judge says he granted the defense's motion after learning how many potential jurors saw media coverage of the case.
Out of 31 potential jurors questioned Thursday morning, 10 say they heard details about the case since jury selection began. The judge dismissed all 31 jurors.
The case will begin again with an entirely new jury pool.
