Troy Construction

Construction in Troy isn't going as fast as some thought it would.

Officials with the city say they've been waiting on AT&T and troy cable to put a fiber optic line in on East Madison and South Brundidge Street.

It's been about three weeks since construction has been stalled.

People we talked to say it's around 40 percent done.

City officials added the last day should be August 15th,but it could be earlier.
