Last year Toys For Tots managed to put more than 2,100 gifts in homes across the Wiregrass.
Although that's a large number, they still know many children woke up Christmas day without a present; that's why they want to spread the word about the drive.
Toys for Tots officials say it's important to get the community involved in an effort for Wiregrass children in need.
"People don't realize they wake up on Christmas morning and they have all the toys down there and food, there's a lot of people that don't have that. So we just try and make sure each child has a nice new toy, " says Mike Walton, Toys For Tots Coordinator.
Toys For Tots officials say their drop off boxes will also go out the first week of November and to call 211 that same week to find out where those locations will be.
Walton says people can start calling 211 to find out what the qualifications are to sign up their children the first week of November.
