Thursday family members for all three victims met with District Attorney Doug Valeska just to get an update on the case.
Funeral services were also held Thursday at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home for one of the victims.
Family and friends gathered to say there final goodbyes to 31-year-old Tiffany Paige Grissett.
Thursday morning the suspect 22-year-old Ryan Clark Petersen
Appeared in Judge Benjamin Lewis' court.
He was appointed attorneys.
Officials say Petersen requested an attorney because his family couldn't afford one.
His attorneys are Ben Freeman and Chris Capps.
If you can remember, last week on August 9th around 11:30 p.m.
Police say Petersen opened fire inside teasers after he was asked to leave.
Four people were shot. Three died. Two of those people were employees.
Petersen was captured the next morning after leading police on a manhunt.
Lawyers for the families say they are cooperating fully with the investigation.
Houston County Sheriff Andy Hughes says at this time Peterson is facing three counts of capital murder and one count of attempted murder.
They are requesting no bond.
