HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - Scattered damage is being reported as a line of strong storms moves across the Tennessee Valley region of north Alabama.
Trees and power lines are down north of the Tennessee River in
Madison County, and there are power outages in part of the county.
While the National Weather Service issued tornado watches and
warnings Monday, there weren't any confirmed touchdowns, and no
injuries are reported.
The weather service says tornadoes, hail and damaging winds are
possible statewide, with the threat moving further to the south and
east during the day.
