Hopefully the weather will cooperate for the Slocomb tomato festival.
It kicks off tonight, and will continue through this weekend.
While it is a tradition for families to enjoy the festival together, Slocomb mayor Rob Hinson says the event is really about our area's agriculture.
"Agriculture being big in our area in general and certainly in Solcomb, this is the time of year, where we try to showcase our farmers; they'll be plenty of produce and farmers at the festival," says Mayor Hinson.
The mayor says there will also be food, entertainment, a parade and many more activities to enjoy.
