Slocomb Man Arrested for Burglary and Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card

On Saturday, October 5th the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent burglary investigation, involving 23-year-old Joseph Tice of Slocomb.

Investigators say on September 29, 2013, Tice forced his way into a home on the 100 block of Maple Court and stole several credit cards. Tice then used those credit cards at several businesses in Dothan without the victim’s permission.

Tice has been charged with second degree Burglary and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. His arrest now brings this case to a close.

A bond amount has been set at $75,000.00. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
