Different departments in the Southeast Alabama Medical Center are in a competition to see who is boss.
Today employees at the hospital were judged on their creativity and Christmas spirit.
Halls throughout the medical center were decorated with candy canes, Christmas trees, and reindeer.
This is a competition that happens every year.
Some departments went all out with their decorations by leaving cookies and milk for Santa.
Although it's all fun and games, the contest is about bringing holiday joy to patients.
"I just think that they have done a wonderful job, and they have some very creative people here at Southeast Alabama Medical Center and it's been a joy to be here," said decorating contest judge Brenda Burch
News 4's Amanda Smith and Nate Harrington were guest judges for the contest.
It looks their getting in the Christmas spirit to get onto Santa’s nice list.
