MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say a teenager accused of killing a Domino's Pizza delivery driver has been found guilty of capital murder.

A Mobile County jury Wednesday afternoon convicted Joshua James
in the March 2009 shooting death of Ngoc Nguyen.

The crime happened in March 2009.

Authorities say James and two other teens robbed Nguyen when he
made a delivery. Authorities say James shot the delivery driver during the robbery.

James was 16 when the crime happened, so he's not eligible for the death penalty. Authorities say he will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Why is this story titled "Pizza Delivery Driver Killed" when the killing was in 2009 and the story is about the conviction of the killer? Is this station returning to the M.O. over overpaid editors and under-trained reporters?
