If you're a Dothan resident and haven't been able to make it out to the peanut festival yet, don't worry, the festival will come to you!

That's right, city workers have been setting up all morning in downtown Dothan for the 67th annual peanut festival parade

The parade is tomorrow at 9:30 am and starts off at Museum Avenue and Main Street.

The floats will head West, down Main, until they reach Cherokee avenue.

Make note, through traffic will be blocked off Saturday on Main Street starting at 8:30 am, as well as on Oates Street at 8:45 am.

Traffic officials advise those not attending to use the circle if you want to avoid congestion.

They say downtown traffic patterns should be back to normal by 1 o’clock pm Saturday.
