The Parade of Homes kicked off this morning in Dothan.
Mayor Mike Schmitz and city commissioners had a ribbon cutting.
The event gives local builders the opportunity to show off their products to potential homebuyers.
Although you can see the homes on your own, there will be guided tours this weekend.
Officials say this event benefits everyone.
