Authorities have made an arrest in a Panama City shooting.

Laportea Howard is being held in the Bay County Jail on one count of discharging a firearm in public, one count of felony possession of a firearm, and one count of violation of probation from a previous charge.

Police were called to 9th Court and Sherman avenue around 10:50 P.M. last night where two victims were shot.

Both were transported to a local hospital where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected.
