Ozark Substitute Bus Driver Charged With Soliciting a Child

OZARK, Alabama -- Deputies arrested a 29-year-old substitute bus driver at a fast food restaurant today and have charged him with soliciting a child.

The Dale County Sheriff's Office began posing as a 15-year-old male on Facebook after the child's parents filed a complaint. Ozark City Schools system employee Jonathan Lee is accused of contacting the boy on the social networking site to meet for a sexual encounter. He was arrested Thursday by deputies.

According to the report, the suspect was unknowingly communicating with deputies when he set up a time and place to meet, and believed he and the boy would be going to Panama City, Fla., for the night.
