Ozark Police Arrest Two Following Alleged Armed Robbery

Ozark Police were notified Wednesday morning of an armed robbery at a residence on Alberta Drive.

Criminal Investigators determined that there were two alleged victims who had been robbed at gunpoint by an unknown assailant.

As the investigation continued, investigators were able to determine that one of the victims was a co-conspirator in setting up the robbery.

Investigators have arrested Christopher Muskelly, 29, of Montgomery and Xavier McLeod, 25, of Ozark. Both were charged with robbery in the first degree. Both subjects were placed in Dale County Jail without bond.

There were no injuries during the crime. Due to the ongoing investigation, no additional information will be released.
