Whether it's where to start or what information is needed, there have been a range of questions when it comes to healthcare.gov.
Flowers Hospital is trying to take the guessing out of signing up.
For Shaun Cunningham, it's a process that started back in October.
"I received the dreaded blue cross blue shield pamphlet in the mail, I didn't really know what to expect but I knew something was going to happen so I opened it and of course my premiums shot up 70 percent, " says Cunningham.
Like many Americans, Cunningham has experienced issues signing up for healthcare coverage thru healthcare.gov.
"You couldn't get on, oops, seems to be broken, check back, every time, so I would try to call and working a full time job, it was hard to just stay on the phone but I did manage to stay on there for about 6 hours one day, finally got what I thought was something accomplished".
But Flowers Hospital says they can help.
"We have people here who are certified application coordinators, the information thats needed, how to go about it, if that person wants to go do it themselves, these people can help walk them thru that, " says Talana Bell, Chief Financial Officer at Flowers Hospital.
Flowers is offering the help to those who need it but some users say, they've got it under control.
"It's really user friendly, it ask you questions, you click on it yes or no and it goes into detail, it explains it and then they have a live chat function too. Ten seconds it was loaded so that was definitely a plus, that it didn't take forever, " says website user Cara Cole.
Whether your experience has been good...
"It's super easy and it doesn't take much time at all, " says Cole.
"Very frustrating. I'm loosing a lot of valuable time trying to apply for something that I didn't have an option to start with, " says Cunningham.
Counselors at Flower say they're just there to be a helping hand.
"I think people appreciate the help, I know I would, " says Bell.
