The Peanut Festival may have ended Sunday, but the festival committee is still hard at work.
Festival officials are looking at the attendance for the Fair last week.
They are reporting an increase in Mega Pass sales than previous years.
Last year was a record number of attendance, but coordinators say the rain and cold weather may have affected this year's attendance numbers.
"We had a slight rain and that hurt our attendance that night and Wednesday was ladies night we had rain the whole night so we had the lowest attendance than we've had in years,” said George Jeffcoat, President of the National Peanut Festival.
The National Peanut Festival Association will release the final gate numbers later this week.
