The Rehobeth teacher accused of having sex with one of his students is now facing four additional charges.

43-year-old Robert Lee Michel has been charged with possession of child pornography.

Michel was arrested on April 20th after he was found naked in a house with a 16-year-old student.

Michel fled on foot from the residence but later surrendered.

He was then arrested and booked into the Houston county jail.

Investigators seized Michel’s cell phone as well as his computer, flash drive and other items.

A bond hearing was held Friday.

Each charge against Michel carries a bond of 500-thousand dollars.

Michel will be in court tomorrow.
