Grocery buyers in Los Angeles will no longer face the question "plastic or paper?" when they are shopping. In fact, unless you're willing to pay extra, you better bring your own to the store.
Los Angeles has become the latest place to ban plastic grocery bags. The change went into effect today and will require customers to bring their own bags to the store, buy reusable ones or purchase paper bags for 10-cents each, according to the Los Angeles Times.
