Thomas Evan Diggs was taken by his father Thomas Eric Diggs from Arby's located in Talladega, AL. Thomas Evan Diggs was last seen wearing camo pants and a green John Deere shirt and a Gap camo jacket. They are believed to be in a 1996 white Jeep Grand Cherokee, Alabama tag number BA14549, possibly en route to Daytona Beach, FL.
