TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say a 30-year-old man has
died two days after he was shot in the head by a stray bullet from
a gunfight outside a housing development.
Police say James Hardaway died Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say he was sitting on a couch in an apartment when gunfire erupted outside.
Police say 22-year-old Randall McCants, who was charged with
assault in the shooting, likely will be charged with Hardaway's
Police say other suspects could be arrested as the investigation continues.
Authorities say Hardaway's 29-year-old brother Juan Lashoue
Hardaway was killed during a fight in 2006.
A Hurricane Katrina evacuee is serving a 44-year sentence after pleading guilty to his murder.
