If you are looking for a job, start printing out resumes and ironing your clothes because tomorrow more than 200 hiring businesses will be in Enterprise.
The Fort Rucker Area Job Fair will last from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Enterprise High School gymnasium.
Employees from a wide variety of fields will be there. The event usually draws more than 2,000 people.
Daleville Chamber of Commerce's Kay Kirkland said, “We do think there will be even more interest this year because of the economic situation, the sequestration, the mandatory furloughs and of course unemployment is still overall at an undesirable rate. The organizers have worked real hard to try to match up all kinds of job seekers with all kinds of employers.”
An estimate of more than 9,000 jobs will be up for grabs so be prepared to do on site interviews with some companies.
