Hispanic business owners say their sales are dropping.

Cesar Lopez has had his store for six years.

In the past month, he can tell a big difference in business.

"The customers they don't come and I have to pay my bills for my daughter. My family they live in Birmingham too. She’s sick and she’s in the hospital and I have to make money to pay the bills," said Lopez.

According to the Immigration Policy Center, if all unauthorized immigrants were removed from Alabama the state would lose 2.6 billion dollars in economic activity.
