Investigators say the shooter has now been identified and has been arrested for two counts of attempted murder.
Terence Antonio Holston, black male, 54 years of age, of East Franklin Street was arrested after turning himself to police Wednesday morning.
Holston is being held on a $1,000,000 bond.
