THOSE WERE JUST A FEW OF THE THINGS AT HERITAGE FARM DAY AND TRAIL RIDE, BUT THE CELEBRATION WAS ABOUT MORE THAN JUST HAVING FUN.
"It really allows us to share our ministry, share who we are, it raises awareness for our ministry and it helps provide for our needs in the community."
THIS IS THE 9TH YEAR MADDOX FARM HAS HOSTED THIS EVENT IN SUPPORT OF THE ALABAMA BAPTIST CHILDREN'S HOME.
THE ORGANIZATION HAS A GROUP HOME AND PROVIDES FOSTER CARE FOR CHILDREN IN NEED.
"We are so gracious. All of the money raised from the trail ride and BBQ lunch goes to help meet our needs. "
BUT THEY'RE NOT T HE ONLY THANKFUL ONES.
"It's inspiring because all these children that never saw animals that are just getting a chance to feel a way that other children get to feel almost every day."
