A federal judge has ordered Ronnie Gilley be remanded to his home until his bond revocation hearing on January 31st.

Gilley’s attorney says this type of action is common, in such a case and in noway implies any guilt on his behalf.

"The house arrest should not be seen as anything other than a usual response to a motion that has been filled of this nature we will be fully prepared to defend the case and we believe we will prevail and Mr. Gilley will be back on the same bond he was on and get ready for this trial" said his lawyer Doug Jones.

Gilley as you may remember is facing possible bond revocation, for allegedly trying to bride his former lobbyist Jarrod Massey to keep quite about Gilley’s alleged involvement over trying to buy law makers votes for pro-electronic bingo legislation.

Gilley will be allowed to conduct business out of his home, and only allowed to leave with special permission from the court.

Ronnie Gilley is currently under house arrest, awaiting bond a revocation hearing scheduled for January 31st. More details to come.

People judge him even before he is proven guilty. Just because he has money, Most people you know that are in busness that has made big money did not all come by it honest. Next time you go to church look around there are crooks in there and you call them your brother and sister, Then look at your self. And you all call your selves christian people.

Ronny gilley might be a crook but I will assure you he is far from being the only one in this state, there are so many crooks in our State goverment that there are not enough jails to hold them all, it is just a shame that they pick on one, Mr. Gilley at least has been trying to bring jobs and revenue into our state and bring more tourist here, I dont go to Country Crossing but I sure hope that they prove that it is legal and open it back up and give hundreds of people their jobs back.
