Many people want to start off the New Year, with a new job.

Experts say if you're in the market for a new job, it's important to network.
They also say you could turn to a staffing agency to get on the right path.

Express Employment Professional Owner Terry Stansell said.
Stansell says hard work at a temporary job, could result in a permanent position.
He also says your attitude is a big factor.
