Fort Rucker Soldier Killed in Washington Co. Crash

Over the weekend, a Fort Rucker soldier died in a car crash in Washington County, Fla.

Lieutenant Colonel Dennis Bennet of Panama City Beach was on his way back to post when the accident happened. That accident occurred on State Road 79.

An investigation shows, he ran off the road and over-corrected, causing the car to rotate and flip many times. A coroner pronounced Bennet dead at the scene.
