With all the confusion surrounding sign ups for Obama Care, an area hospital is stepping in to help.
Flowers Hospital says they want to help the community because they understand it can become confusing especially for those who aren't use to working with computers on a daily basis.
After many Americans experienced a range of issues with healthcare.gov, Flowers Hospital officials say they wanted to have people on hand for the many questions they were getting.
Counselors are there to help with the process of signing up with everything, from explaining what information is needed to walking people thru step by step.
Counselors aren't only there for healthcare sign up help according to Chief Financial Officer, Talana Bell.
"These counselors also will screen the people for other services such as medicate or any kind of disability, SSI disability, so they run the gamete,” said Bell.
Flowers hospital officials say they will have counselors on staff every day and possibly weekends.
