There is new information on a fatal fire at a South Carolina apartment complex.

Berkeley county investigators say they did find a meth lab in the apartments.

Three people died in the fire, according to the Berkeley county coroner.

4 year old Samuel Garbe,19 year old Morgan Abernathy, and 69 year old Joseph Raeth, were found dead in the building.

The coroner says Garbe and Abernathy were in the same home, Raeth was found in the apartment next door.

The fire started around 12:30 Thursday afternoon.

Witnesses say they heard a loud explosion then saw black smoke.

A witness says she rushed over after a family member who lives in the apartment says his home was up in flames.
