A drug used to treat breast cancer could be pulled from the market.
The FDA begins two days of hearings today on its decision to withdraw approval of the drug Avastin.
In December, the agency recommended revoking the drug because studies show it is not effective.
Doctor Stanley Waintraub told the panel that withdrawing Avastin from the market could have deadly consequences.
