Dothan High students are celebrating their latest victory with Coca-Cola and Wal-Mart.

Dothan High's Club H.O.P.E., which stands for Helping Our Planet's Environment, received a $2,500 check Thursday from Coca-Cola.

The club created a scrapbook on what H.O.P.E. has done to protect the Earth's resources.

One of their latest projects includes purchasing recycling bins for the school.

"Every region across the United States did this, they should feel very good about taking first place,” said James Loftin, Coca-Cola Account Manager.

“It's really exciting for us because we now have enough money to do what we need to do around the school,” said Jordan Wright, H.O.P.E. President.

The H.O.P.E. Club competed against eight other regions.
