The Dothan Police Department releases surveillance video of a burglary at Dothan High School.
The male suspect made off with nearly $4,000 in cash.
School administrators say the incident occurred between 9:30 and 10:00pm on January 20th.
Initially, it was reported there was only minor damage to locks and doors.
However, after taking inventory, the staff noticed numerous checks and cash missing.
"It was obvious that there had been an incident, but teachers and other staff members had not been aware of what had been taken at that time,” said Dothan Police Department Corporal Rachel David.
