Dothan Tree Lighting Moved to Opera House

The 34th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting has been moved to the Opera House.

At 6:00 p.m., Mayor Mike Schmitz and members of the Dothan City Commission along with other special guests will be on-hand to welcome the beginning of this joyous season.

The Montana Magnet School Fifth Grade Chorus, under the direction of Kim Price, will entertain with Christmas carols. Santa Claus will be on-hand for photos and to spread holiday cheer.

The public is invited to celebrate Dothan’s special tree lighting to brighten the holidays. For more information, call Dothan Leisure Services at 334-615-3700.
