Five people were arrested by Dothan Police after they allegedly assaulted a man and burglarized his home.
Investigators say Sara Nebel, 22, of Silver Napel Lane, Vasquez Bryant, 25, of Daleville, Amanda Walker, 25, of Dothan, Eric Lee, 26, of Bartlet Lane, Jaquez Ware, 21, of Chinook Street and an unknown male went to the victim’s home on the 200 block of Blissett Drive on Aug. 21.
The suspects allegedly forced their way into the residence and began assaulting the victim, while the unknown black male held the victim’s friend at gun point. The suspects took several different electronic devices and money from the victim before leaving the scene occupying a dark colored sports utility vehicle and pickup truck.
Shortly after the incident occurred, an alert patrolman located the pickup truck occupied by Lee, with property taken during the burglary inside. Investigators were advised of the whereabouts of the other suspects and contact was made with those individuals at a home on the 1000 block of Southland Drive. A search of the residence was conducted and multiple items taken during the burglary have now been recovered.
Nebel, Bryant, Walker, Lee and Ware have all been charged with first degree burglary. Their bond has been set at $250,000 each.
