Dothan city leaders are filing a lawsuit in connection to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
Tuesday city commissioners agreed to a 33 percent retainer contract with Prim and Mendheim, Attorneys at Law.
City leaders say Dothan lost revenue because of the oil spill mainly from less traffic coming through the area.
The group will represent the city against BP, Transocean, Halliburton and other responsible parties.
