A hearing on alleged voting irregularities has been continued.
Dothan District Two Commissioner, Amos Newsome wants a challenge to his re-election to be dismissed.
He defeated Lamesa Danzey in the Aug election by 14 votes.
Danzey filed a statement of contest nearly two weeks later.
Newsome filed a motion to dismiss that challenge earlier this month.
A hearing was scheduled for today, but it has been rescheduled for next Monday at 3:30 in the Houston County courthouse.
Judge Butch Binford is presiding.
